Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This statement explains how accessible the Bizora AI website is, what we have done to make it usable by everyone, and how to tell us when something gets in your way. Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

1. Our Commitment

Bizora AI is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project, and we build it into new features as we ship them.

2. Conformance Status

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This statement reflects our own internal review and testing, not an independent third-party audit, and we do not claim full conformance: the areas where we still fall short are listed in section 5.

3. Standards We Follow

We build against the WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria and the WAI-ARIA Authoring Practices. Our pages use semantic HTML, with headings and landmarks that describe the structure of each page.

4. Accessibility Features

  • Keyboard access: navigation, forms, dialogs, and report actions can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
  • Screen readers: form fields have labels, buttons have descriptive names, and form success and error messages are announced as they appear.
  • Color and contrast: text and interface elements are designed to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios, in both the light and dark themes.
  • Text and zoom: layouts support browser zoom up to 200% and text resizing without loss of content or functionality.
  • Motion: if you turn on "reduce motion" in your operating system, our animated effects are switched off automatically.
  • Responsive layout: the interface adapts to phones, tablets, and desktop screens without horizontal scrolling.

5. Known Limitations

  • Downloaded PDF reports: exported reports are fixed-layout documents and are not tagged for screen readers. Everything in an export is also available in the web version of your report, which is fully navigable.
  • Third-party services: payment and checkout screens are provided by Stripe, and account invitations are delivered by email. We cannot control the accessibility of those screens, though we choose providers that publish their own accessibility commitments.
  • AI-generated report content: reports are written by an AI model and reviewed for readability, but the structure of the generated text can vary from one report to the next.
  • Older browsers: very old browsers may not support the features our interface relies on. We support the current and previous major versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

6. Feedback and Contact

If you find a barrier, or you need information from this website in a different format, email us at p8950078@gmail.com. Please tell us the page you were on and what happened, so we can reproduce and fix it. We aim to reply within five business days.

7. Assessment Approach

This statement is based on a self-assessment carried out by our team, including keyboard-only navigation, screen reader checks, color contrast measurement, and zoom and text-resize testing at 200%.

8. Changes to This Statement

We review this statement when we ship significant changes to the interface. Updates will be posted on this page with a new date.
